Wow! One month had passed, and there's three more months to go as a recruit!

7 June, I went to Tekong, with millions of questions in my mind. Who will be my buddy? Will he help me in one way or another? How is life in Tekong? Will I be able to adapt? Will my company be strict with us? Yet now, I'm loving National Service! Being in Warrent Company, the training was not as tedious as I thought it would be. The welfare was really good! (Being able to watch World Cup Finals!).

My bunk mates were really interesting and we really bonded well. Of course there were also 'bastards' who existed for the sole purpose of allowing people like us to bitch! Every brand new day, there's bound to be someone for us to bitch about because of what they have done which makes no sense, and this really pissed us off!

The food wasn't that bad too, They took in our feedbacks and the effort can be seen in the food they cooked!

There's a saying 'NS makes us dumber'. I personally would have to agree because my reaction became slower and my intellectual level dropped tremendously! I guess it's due to the commands given to us. All we do was just to follow them blindly. For that, I kept myself updated with the world by subscribing to Newsweek for three years. But possessing a positive mindset was vital. With that, I breezed though everything that I have to do. In addition, I'm terribly sick for three weeks!

Weekend was really precious to people like us! Thus every weekend, I would make sure that I will have a sense of achievement and connected back to the civillian world! (Signed up for Safra card for 10 years and two more cards which were for clubbing and eating!) Dance is essential for me too, hence every Saturday, I will go for Daniel's house class for one hour! It's really great! Every book in, I will be able to taste many different kinds of food because each of us will bring lots of snacks and stock up in our extra cabinet!

After one month, I'm just a typical Nsf now. Physical-wised: Bald, tanned, and not forgetting the black-framed specs. Thinking-wised, I beginning to feel appreciative in every little things in my life and being independent. Life might not be as happening as it used to be but I really learning new surviving skills everyday.

Gosh! In a few hours time, I would be leaving the civilian world, embarking on a four-month holiday trip to TEKONG! Reckoned that the time spent with my family members and friends would be so limited that I could not meet up with every one of them during my bookout and my sleeping pattern would change tremendously (Waking up at 0530, feeling like a zombie and having to sleep at 2230 which I would probably feel energetic). On the positive side, I would be able to be more independent, someone who is able to take care of himself and Strawberry Tribe Leader NO MORE! :D

First thing first, I HAVE FINALLY GRADUATED IN TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC AY 2010/11 WITH A DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM WITH MERIT! For that, I will let the pictures to the talking

Next up would be my love --- DANCE!

I have performed for TP 20th Anniversary Carnival which collided with the CCN day! On the same day, we’ve got to perform the same item for Jam and Hop too! The feelings were different for both performances; however the bottomline was we really enjoyed ourselves on stage!

After much persuasion from my beloved advisor, Fayanne, I relunctantly went for the orientation camp. I’m assigned to be in the D Team and the freshies were really awesome and enthusiastic! Engaged in many interesting games the main committes had brain stormed. Examples would be the night walk which earned my yawns, but the food hunt was good. The performance night and showcase from the seniors were really eye-catching and interesting! Anyohow, we emerged CHAMPION! YEY! FREE Bubble Tea!

We sat on the two-wheel vehicle for a random Saturday night thrill. Cycled to town and settled our supper in Maxell before we cycled to Newton – KK Hospital – Little India and back to East Coast Park! It was really exhausting after a long ride but we do enjoy ourselves! :)

Being ‘Kiasu’ like the typical Singaporean, the dancers anonymously agreed on SUSHI BUFFET! We ate for almost 4 hours; force fed ourselves with the month-watery SUSHIS, not forgetting the delicious mochi! Life is real good with delicious food! We had a farewell dinner with Gin in Waraku as well as supper in Simpang Bedok too!

We went clubbing too on a random Wednesday night and we do enjoy dancing!

One of the dancers, Andreas had his 21st birthday in Tanah Merah Safra Resort. It’s so difficult to get there that I have decided on cab, be it going or leaving there! No matter what, I definitely enjoyed myself. TPDE got to gather as a whole and talk about ‘life’, I got to eat real good food from the cathering and BBQ which I am the one who started the fire for the first time, and staying over to play games like twister especially with Gin. Happy Birthday Andreas and hope you love the gift from us!

Another birthday party which was held in Changi Village Hotel was Adeline’s 21st! It costed freaking 10k for the party! The theme was black and gold and I dressed up for it, which I would not normally do. The whole layout and design were really detailed and spectacular. The buffet was damn DOPE too, together with free flow of alcoholic drinks! The emcee was of average standard and they had a game ‘Who’s Adeline’s BFF!’ I was ‘carefully’ picked in second round to help Pris with the blowing of the balloon! Amazing, mine’s the first to burst despite being the smallest in size! After 2200, the whole place was turned upside down into a place for clubbers! It was cool but the mood was dampened as no one was in the dance floor, her family members left, and the female lead was drunk! LOL! Overall, it was still very good! On a random note, please remember to invite me for your wedding too!

Happy Birthday!

I love the 9km Southern Ridges walk with Li Ling and Sabrina which stretchs from Mount Faber Park all the way to Kent Ridge Park. The highlights would be the Forest Walk where we strolled on the elevated walkway and it was said to be the best spot to catch the butterflies and dragonflies! We explored and had seen many amazing stuff.

Besides having such a ‘nature-friendly’ activity, we had urban actvity too such as celebrating Jeremiah’s birthday in Kenny Roger. It was supposed to be in Timbre but it’s closed on Sunday! God, we have to climb the flight of 136 steps before we got to know that it’s closed! Ivan was damn late but thank god, we still managed to sing him the birthday song as a whole.

Other than going out with my Semester 2.2 projects mates, I got to gather my Semester 3.1 project mates for dinner in Watami and dessert in Frolick which is my favourite yogurt! Just that Kelvin and Shi Rui could not make it! Aww!

Besides going out with my HTM friends, I went out with my CCM friend too! The activities were as per normal, which would always be a dinner followed by a movie. Dined once at Cenelé, which is located in Paragon and I must say the desserts were really unique in their ways. I personally tried the Chic Choc Crepes, two of the cakes that were displyed outside and four macarons! Felt like cloud nine when I had it melt in my mouth. I must say the meringue is a MUST to try! The last outing was dining at PS Café located in Palais. As usual, the desserts were DOPE! The Double Chocolate Blackout Cake is a must to try out and the Éclair was gigantic! There are only three outlets in Singapore; Harding, Palais and Paragon!

We really had lots of fun and being amused by Wee Siong. I’m always thrilled to be able to catch up with them because they are really nice people and happy to know that they got into the university they desired!

Woohoo! Embraced the night with more than 900 animals to look at! I’m in the world’s first dedicated night zoo, Night Safari for the first time! It was the winner of Singapore Tourism Awards’ Best Leisure Attraction Experience for seven times since 1994. But I thought it’s enough to go there once in lifetime because the tribal dance performance was bad (Maybe it’s me who can’t really appreciate it) but the Creatures of the Night Show was good! It featured a non-stop action show which lasted for 30 minutes. Took the tram and we got to see many nocturnal animals with varieties of birds! One of my favourites would be the Giant Flying Squirrel because it’s interesting! I would definitely visit there again in 2012 with the opening of River Safari!

The talk of the town, Marina Bay Sands! The hotel comprises of three 55 storey tower, with a total of 2,600 rooms and suites. I stayed there with a group of my friend over the weekend! STAYCATION! It was really relaxing and I enjoyed it! We had our breakfast and dinner at the reputable restaurant called RISE restaurant! It was good especially when I’m spoilt for choice for desserts! YUMMY! The room was splendid with the view facing the town. The night scenary was really magical! The service was prompt too, however, some of the facilities were not functioning such as the water heater! There’s no bath tub as well! To make it worst, the Sky Park was still in construction and the shopping mall wasn’t fully opened too. On a positive note, some of the shops there close at 12mm!

The competitor of Marina Bays Sands, Resorts World Sentosa! Had another staycation in Hard Rock Hotel! It was quite a bad experience though. The room wasn’t ready when we wanted to check in and there’s no room service! They were obviously understaffed and not motivated! There is no SOP I assume and after we checked into the room, the chamber maid walked in just like that without having to realise that we are inside the room! The view given to us was a construction premise! However the interior design was really breathtaking and fashionable. The amentities and facilities were really creative and interesting! Never get into the pool though! ARGH!

We tried the breakfast in the hotel too, which wasn't really impressive and it’s not complementary! The 'Around the world’ in The Rock Bar was bad too! However the massage in Festive Hotel was really good! I tried the deep tissue massage and I felt refreshed after the session! The food in Polio which is one of the restaurants in Hotel Micheal was quite appetizing too. I would recommend the signature dish, ‘Hotel Micheal Pizza’!

Talking about RWS, of course we would think of the Universal Studio Singapore! Finally went there after much procastination! Going on the month of May was definitely the best month of the year because students were busy preparing for their exam. What’s left behind would only be the tourist! In addition, USS was giving out $10 worth of FnB voucher as well as $5 worth of retail voucher! Cool! There were seven kinds of fantasy world to venture! After we past through the entrance gate, we were in ‘Hollywood’. You can pay only $2 on Friday and Saturday to be there! The Monster show in the theater blew my mind away! Different kinds of mascots such as Frankenstein and Charlie Chaplin would come out at specific timing too! Bought my souviner there and dined at the ‘Hollywood China Bistro which was really good food that’s value for money! Along the street in Holloywood

Next up, ‘New York’! The ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’ was really superb; they showed us how a movie was made right before our very eyes with special effects! As we walked out from the place, a group of B-Boy was dancing and they needed 5 volunteers to freestyle! Jean, Badd and Andreas went! The ‘Sci-Fi City’, which was supposed to be the best, turned out to be the worst because Battlestar Galactica was not operating and Accelerator was of sub-standard! MAN! ‘Revenge of the Mummy’ in ‘Ancient Egypt’ World was the best ride of the day! The ride really took us by surprise! Take it and you will know!

The most dreaded ride, ‘Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure’ in The Lost World, which is a water ride was boring too! There’s no adrenaline rush at all! Such a let down! But the Canopy Flyer was really satisfactory as you are able to catch the world in a bird’s-eye view. The live WaterWorld show was really marvelous and magnificient! It’s a MUST watch! Let me repeat, It’s a MUST watch!

As we exited from the world of terror, we came into the imaginary world where everyone yearned for during our childhood, ‘Far Far Away’! The Shrek 4-D Adventure was not bad. As the name suggested, you are able to see, hear and feel the action right from your seat! The Donket Live is an interactive show whereby you are able to sing along with the donkey!

Overall, it’s really worth it! I’m immersed in the fun that I don’t feel like I’m in Singapore! Will I go there again? Definitely YES!

As a HTM student, a tour to Sentosa is essential in order to know more about Singapore! First up would be for the party go-ers, AZZURA Beach Club! First of its kind in Asia, offering a range of hydrosport activities, with coffee cocktail bar and an entertainment club. The brochure clearly stated that the operating time was from 10am-6am. As we approached the place at 3am, the service provider rudely said that they were closing and insisted in her way! BITCH! The music was bad too and they forgot to serve us our drinks (We managed to order eventually!) After a short walk, we would reach Segway Eco Adventure! As boring as it seems, it’s actually quite fun! You are actually using your body motion to control the machine and it truly exceeded my expectation!

Took the tram and arrived at Imbiah Outlook! Preparing to be the marksman in NS, we tried Desperados! We got to shoot at targets while sitting on the artificial horse that behaved as if it was on Viagra, and I emerged first among everyone in the room! The Cineblast which is located next to the Desperados was really interesting. It is Singapore's only state-of-the-art cinema simulation ride. It takes you on an extreme 3D log ride using the latest technology and we can feel every bump and freefall. The Sentosa 4D Magix however, was damn boring because the effects were totally same as the one in USS! ARGH!

My favourite ride was identical as the majority, The LUGE! Took three times and every time was a whole new experience because there’s different trails to choose from! The Tiger Sky Tower who used to belong to Carlsberg was average. You got to see Sentosa in a bird’s eye view and it was about 50 storeys high! Lastly would be the representative of Singapore, Merlion! It was captivating and we got to know how Merlion was ‘found’. On a random note, Merlion was unusually beautiful at night!

My second time on the one of the largest observation wheel, Singapore Flyer! This time, it’s better because we had the capsule all by ourselves! This was also the first time I found Singapore to be so mesmerizing; able to capture so many beautiful places, be it the old Fullerton hotel or the newly developed IRs! Wee!

Cool eh. As when I thought that Singapore Flyer would be the highest place for me to view the stunning cityscape, I came across New Asia Bar Swissotel! It's higher than Equinox by one level, 71 Storey! With just one price, you would be able to gain entry to Introbar, City Space and New Asia Bar! The entry fee is $25 BUT the age restriction is 23 and I passed!

We spent our 7th anniversary in Dian Xiao Er as well as playing monopoly game in Li Ling’s house! We had many random meetings such as savouring in some renowned porridge at Kovan and once, Syabil joined us! Woohoo! Once in the blue moon you get to see him out of his house! He is definitely one of his kind! There’s once we dreaded to meet because Wan Ting was hospitalised! YES! She has fully recovered!

I went Nandos for the first time with Lloyd, It's on the news online, saying how good it was and the number of patrons who went. But to me, it’s just disappointment. The food wasn't to my liking. However The day was saved by night activity! Totally loving the clubbing session together! Second time in Wendy's and it's with him again! Order the usual food but still, unusually GREAT! especially the baked Potato! Explored Sunset Way for the first time and went for the famous ice cream, Dailies Scoop! We had a hard time finding it but it's worth the walk!

Recently, I have watched many movies too,such as Ipman, Backup Plan, Robinhood and Loser! Two movies worth mentioning would be the Ironman and Sex & the City II! For Iron man, it's my first time watching a movie in GV Gold Class and eating a three-course meal inside. Definitely the feeling of lying and adjusting to the most comfortable position was good but ordering food was a wrong move! There's no light in the threatre and all I could count on was the pathetic lights from my phone! Sex & the City II was the movie of the year for me! It was nothing surprise I guess because it's really interesting, touching on the prohibited topics like homosexual with a touch of humour! COOL!

I have enjoyed many of supper from different places too, beside Macdonald which my dad would normally help me buy. Some places were Punggol Nasi Lemak, Max Brenner, Hog’s Breath, Bedok 85, Geylang Dim Sum, and HK Cafe.

Retail Therapy went extremely well too. I really shopped a lot! Shopped for my Mother's Day gift was awesome too! Bought her a necklace though and she love it! Bought a lot of my NS stuff too and thanks Jesscy for the belated birthday gift which were some stuff that's beneficial for my journey in NS.

Phuket, Bossini Dance Video, F&N Flashmob, TPDE Chalet, TP Arts Induction Camp

I’m finally back! Back from the 4D3N Phuket trip with Joyce, Frank, Kat, Liang, Badd and Kevin! It was pretty fun! For the first day, we met up with their new year, The Song Kran Festival! We got irritated though, being wet from top to bottom and it has definitely affected our mood.

We have played many interesting activities such as sitting on the banana boat to feel the adrenaline rush, snorkling where there isn’t many different species of fishes and corals, parasailing which we’ve spent a bomb on it but it’s really cool to see the island in bird’s eye view, drinking at the lady boy’s premise whereby its really interesting to see so many of them, the authentic Thai massage which was really relaxing and wonderful, not forgetting shopping! Learned the life long skill, bargaining. It helps and I bought my first new era cap, belt, shade, singlets, shorts, food and some souvenirs.

The stay would not have been better if not for the accomodation, Blue Marine Resort. The staff were really courteous, went for the extra miles and remembered where we stayed. The room with sea view was really clean and there isn’t any lock for the toilet! Something worth mentioning would be the infinity pool with sun tan bed and the pool bar. It was really refreshing!

Next up would be dance! Our hard works were paid off as the Bossini video was well taken! Participated in an F&N Flashmob in Orchard, and Nat Ho was one of the celebrities that danced with us!

Went for the TPDE chalet which really bored us to death but well the food was definitely enough to keep me full! Lastly would be the Arts Induction Camp whereby me, Jean and Badd were the helpers. This is my third time attending this camp and the activities were the usuals and the food were still the same too which was Macs! The highlight of the camp would definitely be the BBQ which all the arts groups got to perform for us and it was definitely entertaining!

Wow! It's been more than a month since I've blogged! I was tied down by many activities and was trying hard to make my life more fulfilling despite being sick for more than one month!

After three weeks of intensive training, skipping meals and not forgetting having to cab daily for the last week, GEMS 5 has finally came to an end! It was really emotional for me as this would be the last GEMS production that i will be participating as a performer and this will also be the last time that 'we' will be dancing together on the same stage, dancing for the same purpose with the same audience and feeling so bonded.

They are my best lyrical babies and juniors. Keep dancing and bring TPDE to another level!Because of TPDE, I managed to find a very good friend of mine. Thanks Badd for giving me the support and listening ear when i needed them. Hey Fayanne! Thanks for supporting and helping TPDE so much that you always have to suffer in silence...Thanks Gin for all these three years of teaching and helped to push TPDE to another level.Thanks Ryan for making me a better dancer as well as person.Special thanks to my family members for supporting me in whatever I am doing and loving me :)TPDE=LoveTill we meet again...

We had the last steamboat dinner with Gin before she left for LA for four years! We really chatted a lot and it ended off with everyones' eyes beaming with tears.

Me, Badd and Iris stayed over at Andreas's house after I-am Choreographer Ball System production. We tried very hard to keep ourselves awake the whole night by watching 4phia which turned out to be a comedy rather than a horror show. Reached the airport at 6.40am to send Gin off and we were the only group to send her off!

Anyway thanks for everything you have done for TPDE and all the best to you!

Anyway talking about Choregrapher's Ball, it was really great and worth the money to watch, especially Andye J's Item! The dancers totally kill the choreography!

Another event was Singapore Dance Delight Volume One. Initially wanted to joined as KIDS I.D. with Badd, Andreas, Frankie and PY. In the end things happened and we decided to pull it off. There are really dope teams and some just made me roll my eyes. Nevertheless the winner is difficult to determined!

Looking at those pictures above, Yes! It's my birthday and I have reached to the phrase of the digit 2! One step closer to adulthood! Thanks to whoever who have wished me, be it from the online platform such as facebook, sending me a sms, or simply just face-to-face! Thank You!

20 years of living, I really felt that I didn't achieved much in life. Guess I have to work doubly hard for what I want/need...

Finally, after dancing for so long, even though i still perform in places like club, I get to live like an average teenager! I went out with my best friends for a great lunch, shopping, uno, mahjong and enjoy the day!

I get to go out with dancers not to dance but watch Fred Perry and Dr. Marten 50th anniversary fashion show in Zouk, followed by patronizing some other clubs before we supper-ed in garage.

I have also done something which I long to do which is to SING! Sang with Mei Qi and Ah Foong for six hours! Wow! It's really amazing, especially when three of us were sick at that point of time. Satisfied my carving on sushi too! YUM!

I have also watched many movies during the holiday, such as 'How to Train A Dragon', 'Green Zone', 'Alice in Wonderland', Kidnapper', as well as 'Clash of the Titans'. Every movies were really interesting and exciting except for Green Zone!

Now, I just want to go to Sentosa! Any takers?

HTM DnD, RWS, Bossini

Hey Hi! It's been so long since i last updated my blog! So basically, I have graduated with a wonderful D&D at the Marriot Hotel organised by the HTMIG. From the pictures, you can actually see how 'fun' it was! The activities were quite interactive and the video was splendid! Overall, it was fun?Next up, I have explored the Resort World Sentosa with Lloyd! Most of the shops were not opened yet i guess hence there wasn't really anything that creates the 'wow' factor(even though i love the hershey shop). Ventured the hotels too and totally loving the Hard Rock Hotel! One day! Somehow! I will stay there! Woo!

As for dance, I have practically burnt the whole weekend on the Bossini advertisement. It was indeed tedious and tiring, especially when I'm sick for two weeks. Hopefully the video will turn out well!

Teaches at Fu Chun Secondary School too, not to comment much but it worsen my illness!

Overall, I'm at the pit of my life now, I just want to be disconnect with this world! Some day i will be back at the peak!

Last of school, Dance, CNY, Movie

Wow! It's been like a month since i blogged!

Firstly, I would like to announce that I have unofficially graduated from Temasek Poly! Woohoo! I could still remember vividly what had happened on the first day of school, yet in a blink of eye, I am leaving the school. I believed that I have changed, grown, matured. I endured through the tough times most of the time yet I have happy moments and have really made a number of great friends. So excited for the Dinner & Dance which is next Wednesday and the Graduation Day on April! One part of me hates the school to the core yet another part of me told me that i will miss the school badly! Currently, I'm really vexed over the university and faculty I should choose. I have choosen NTU and NUS only, but I doubt with the current GPA, I am able to get what I what :(

Within these three year, I have also discovered a hidden talent in me which is DANCE! I have met all kinds of people in the club. Some I do accept yet some I just cant accept. Being a main committee in AY 2008/2009. I have helped:

On a random note. Happy New Year!

This year, CNY was really good. Visited my relatives and the money in the red packet increased despite the recession! I had lots of fun visiting Andreas, Jean, Tim, JJ, PY and Kat houses. The bad point would be that we cabbed from one house to another house with taking any bus together which costed a bomb! Celebrated CNY with my best friends too, we had steamboat together and visited Chinatown to feel the atmosphere! Great CNY spent.

Within this month, I have also watched a few nice movies such as The Legion, Tooth Fairy, The Tournament and Percy Jackson. All were really fabulous and worth to catch!

Sorry about the Valentine, and I really love your gift and hope you love mine even though we got the same gift for each other which is so coincidence!!! Wee!!!

Last Day of CX, CX Sin -Conference, Napfa, Dance Audition, Toptable with Steffi and Mel, Dance Audtion, The Legion

5..4..3..2..1.. Tick Tock Tick Tock! My five months of internship in Cathay Pacific has finally come to an end on 25th January 2010! Farewell treats and gifts were inevitable, Got three different treats from three different groups of colleagues. One group, which belong to the younger generations treated us Swensen whereas the older group of ladies treated us to a crab feast! The last treat which was curry fish head, was treated by our boss! Gifts included cologne, chocolate, shirt, pen, etc! Even though, only one week had past, I am beginning to miss them! Helped out in an event for them on Tuesday! (Free labour) It was a fun and enjoyable event, but I can't stay for dinner because of practise in O school!First day of school was definately fun and exciting! I was looking forward to this day! Had an 2 hour of classroom session which really stressed me out because of that damn project which really left me clueless! Class participation took up 15% of the module and bonus mark was awarded to students which ask questions during the lecture -.- Anyway, just for your information, this module consists of ONLY two 15min of consultations and two 2 hour of GUEST lectures before the submition of our individual project. Last project, Chiong chiong chiong! Anyway, I asked questions on both lectures :x

After the 2 hour of consultation, I went to the Toptable with Melissa and Steffi which were the interns from CX too! We really had a great laugh and a mini bitching session over lunch! LOL!

After my lunch, I had my Napfa test! I.........FAILED! All because of PULL-UP! My 2.4 had a timing of 12 minutes and my SBJ was 245, which amazed me! But all because of pull up I have to re-take the whole test now!

As for dance, which practically took up all my night, went smoothly! Got through most of the items which include raggae and street jazz which were the items for me to break through! Love Jean and Badd's items! WOOHOO!!! Not forgetting the Guy's Hip Hop tomorrow!

Last of all, something random, Watched The Legion which i thought was great and 'irritating' and my course, Hospitality and Tourism Management has a new cut off point of 14!!!! Such a letdown man!

WooHoo! All it takes is just one more week before I can have the freedom i used to enjoy! Just one more week, my internship in Cathay Pacific Airways would have come to an end! As much as i like going back to school, there is still this small part of me, hoping to continue because the people there were really nice and friendly, not forgetting the free food and drink daily! I had my first farewell dinner in Swensen from a group of them last Friday. More will come this coming last week! Had my appraisal form back from Judy already, I have attained 56/60! Quite surprised as I really didn't put in a lot of effort in it.

Went for my medical check-up and I'm really fearful of the jab! I even told the doctor if it would be pain! lol! and my result is............ Pes A! I can do it man! Hopefully...

Watched Alvin and the Chipmunk this week! It was really a nice and hilarious movie! Had a hearty laugh to kill the sian-ness and tiredness I got from work!

As for dance! I got through Badd's audition! Which means I get to do Mannequin dance! From now on, there's dance everyday except for Sunday! It was really tiring to do it especially after work! Glad that I'm only left with one week for such lifestyle before the 'work' was gone! Wee!

Nothing happening this week for me.

I always love Friday because it’s TGIF especially I’m still on my internship period. I went for a Movie + Shopping at Tampines on Friday. The movie, Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant was awesome even though the review was average. Bought myself a new wallet too which got badly scratched by Badd the next day -.-

Saturday was a great day! Wake up early for the SIP sharing session and the lecture to prepare us for our last module throughout this 3 years of learning in TP! I have chosen the topic for my research paper and started on my research! After that, I met up with the TPDE peeps for PT training and OMG I would have got a Bronze for Napfa test. I NEED TO OBTAIN SILVER!

After the PT training, watched our junior performance for open house, followed by a long talk for SDD and the Jam and Hop performance.

Ended the day sweet by having a great supper and durian session with Pris and KX at Geylang

I’m glad that the quarrel made the relationship stronger…

This is my very first post in 2010!

Spent my last minutes of 2009 and first minutes if 2010 with TPDE peeps in Clarke Quay, which was SO crowded! Had an unique countdown and played drinking game, which was really enjoyable.

Spend my first day of New Year with someone special! Went PS, supposed to watch Alvin and Chipmunks but once again, it was fully packed! Instead, I spend my time shopping for the farewell gift for my colleague! Hope to go back to TP soon!

Saturday was really an eventful day! Had PT training, which really pushed my limit! Now, I’m left with 2.4km to pass my Nafa test with silver! Argh! The vetting was really a disappointment but they have done it before, I believe they can do it again! Had our first quarrel that turned really ugly. Went clubbing instead of supper with Xuan and Pris. Next week? I promise! Lol!

2009 was really an interesting and growing year for me. Everything was smooth and great!
As for my resolution, I wish to get into the university I wanted and wishes everyone happy especially you!

Had a fun and enjoyable Christmas this year!

It all started on the Christmas Eve in Cathay! It was a half day work and we had an awesome lunch together with really lots of food such as ham, turkey, roasted beef, sushi, jelly, chicken rice, mee siam, some vegetarian food and a really huge cake! I was really full from all the great food! We had a lucky draw too and the top prize was a Sony digital photo frame donated by Anna! Half of the prizes were red wine. Lucky I’ve got all the junk food because I don’t really like the taste of the red wine.

After the enjoyable day, went out with ONLY Badd to town. The rest of the TPDE members went to Downtown East for Avatar, which I have already watched. Ate and walked around the town to feel the festive season and saw quite a number of people we know.

After the long walk till midnight, we headed to cine for our movie! Sherlock Holmes! It was a great movie indeed and the director was really smart! Don’t really understand some of the parts and needed Badd to explain to me. LOL!
Had a perfect Christmas getaway at Celestial Resort located in the Ubin. Wan Ting did all the planning and organising. At that moment, I really felt that she is so useful!
We went on a site recee to check out what activities we can do in that pathetic island. Actually there wasn’t really much stuff to do but the sun tanning was real cool because you sun tan on a floating wooden plank in the sea! Wee! Realised that they cheated our feeling too because the website stated that BBQ pit was provided BUT there isn’t any! Lucky half of us used to be in the Uniform Group (Not me), hence we travelled out of the resort to BBQ. Yum~
We had lots of fun in the room having our own activities with music blasting like there’s no tomorrow! Played the drinking games and twister which really ‘twisted’ all of us, exchanging of gifts, which I got Jason’s, etc. It really a good experience, just that it was really too short! Let’s organise one more! LONGER AND FURTHER!

Angus House, Avater, Perfect Getaway

Fabulous Tuesday spent in Orchard, where you can see many people doing their last minutes Christmas shopping. Had a great dinner at Angus House, which is known for their fantastic steak. The atmosphere was relaxing with a self-playing piano situated at the entrance of the restaurant. I was dining by the side of the window, which offers a wonderful dining experience where I can watch the hassle and bustle of Orchard road from a bird eye view.

Our dinner started off with the crusty bread with butter followed by the Hors d’oeurve which uses fish as the main ingredient. The soup of the day was cream of carrot I guess, and it tasted really nice! After the soup, the garden salad was then served before our main course strike in! Feeling bloated from the first few courses, we are served a dessert plate of tiramisu and coffee. It was value for money and definitely quite a good experience.

Watched two movies after the great dinner. The first movie was ‘Perfect Getaway’. As romantic as the tittle sounded, it was actually a horror movie. Even though there are some parts I can’t really fathom, I do like it and the unexpected twist was really superb.

After the first movie ended at 11.30pm, we were just nice for the next movie, Avatar, which started at 11.30pm! On the way for the next movie at level six, I saw Badd in a room. LOL! Fated eh. The movie was definitely awesome! If I’m not wrong, the director used 15 years to produce this movie and efforts were paid off. It really sets you thinking on issues such as how selfish can ones get in order to satisfy their needs, what would the earth become if we continue to be ignorance about the surround, etc. The movie ended at about 3am! And worst, next day I have to report to work.

This weekend was a blast!

On Friday night, had steamboat with Anan’s item people together with Anan and Xiao Yu. Went to another place, other then the usual steamboat place that we had. The food were delicious too! Chatted and ate for quite a while before Andreas drove me to Tampines.

Met up with friends to Bedok 85, but I didn’t had anything because I’m still full from the steamboat! Stayed over at Andreas house to watch some dance videos before the tough day next day.

Had Physical Training the whole day with Andreas, Iris, PY, Jean and Badd! We really sweat it off and enjoyed it! Napfa and Gems 5! Here we come! Woohoo!

Had our TPDE Grand Seniors Christmas Party at Mei Chin house. The party supposed to start at 7 but only me, Royston and Beibei reached! Love the food that we bought for the potluck and Beibei’s potato salad was really orgasmic. Played card games, drinking games and musical chair. Kai Wen got second, this means he have to wear the Santa’s costume prepared by Mei Chin! Hohoho!~ The highlight of the event would be the exchanging of gifts with each other. Some of the gifts were really funny. Kat got mine! ‘Hope You are Feeling Great’ LOL! I got Frankie’s, which was food! Yum~

Beibei drove me home after the party, and I was so tired that I dozed off! Poor friend waiting for me at Rivervale Plaza! Sorry to keep you waiting all this while! First incident having my friend to wait for me while I accidentally dozed off!

Went Suntec and 313 with Lloyd on Sunday! Bought a book on English language at the Book Fair. LOL! Bought some Christmas gifts for besties too and some chocolates for myself at Marks and Spencer. Tiring Day!

Had a great talk with TPDE members, together with gin. We reflected on this year’s achievement, depressing moments, and goals for next year. It was really good to know how each of us felt. One of my goals is to have more stage presence, which I am really lacked of. Something random, I got my new stage name! Woohoo! And thanks Gin for the Christmas gift she bought for us.

Cathay Pacific and the Staff Party

Had an enjoyable Tuesday evening with Jean, Foong, Badd and Andreas at Carlton Hotel. It was the staff party for Cathay! Marked the stage and realised how noisy can such stage be. Food was average but the people were quite fun! Had a great performer on stage with surprisingly enthu audience who cheered for us. Anna, the GM of SE Asia even praised us and thought that we can be in the Mediacorp! LOL! So commercial eh! The highlight would be the lucky draw. There were 60 over attractive prizes to be given away, and they were real good and branded. Guess what! I got nothing while the rest of the interns got something! The top prize was a business class ticket to any destination! It’s like a dream come true but not for me! Other prizes include free stay in the five star hotels such as Shang-ri La, free entry to Meltz, etc. It was real good and I did enjoy myself. Special thanks to my friends too, who have helped me out without any complaint.

Just the day after the staff party alone, Eileen shared her lucky draw prizes with us and I got a tub of chocolate from Marks and Spencer. On the same day, Helen had an extra lucky draw gift, hence gave it to me, which is a keychain but it does look stunning. Mr Neo treated all of us drinks. The free drink will always be Mr Bean, and I really got sick of it already! During Mid-autumn festival, I’m so scared of mooncake and now, log cake is my nightmares even though I still eat it since it’s free! LOL! They were from the famous hotel, of course must eat right. This week was another awesome week packed fun activities with dope people like… Toh Di Di!
Watched two movies, which were the ‘Storm Warriors’ and ‘Ninja Assassin’. The former’s was a disappointment, whereas Ninja was wonderful! Maybe I expected too much from the Storm Warrior, after waiting for numerous years.

Had the Marco Polo and The Cathay Pacific Wine Appreciation Cocktail Event at Mandarin Oriental on Friday. I’m the co-organiser of this event and that would be my main project for the internship’s portfolio. Phew! It’s finally over after numerous weeks of preparation. Calling AND email-ing 500 over gold and diamond members is no joke! Dialogues were even crafted for the phone calls made. LOL! It went well though! The GM and the MPO members enjoyed themselves as much as we do. The food was delicious, much less for the wine. The MPO members were not as arrogant as I thought, even though I hardly had any contact with them as I am busy coordinating the event as well and eating and drinking.

Had quite a number of people asking me out that day! But the one I wanted very much to go out with was busy!

Had a great Saturday night with the NYJC clique after my dance practise. Went Timbre for food and drink. After LONG waiting time for the band to play, we proceeded to Yellow Jello to drink again and listen to the live band. It ain’t that good though :x Garrett joined us before we are about to leave. Hence moved to Brewerks for beer. The girls left shortly while the guys continued to chat about life. The topics they were talking about were beyond my intellect level! Damn it! I will improve in my knowledge! LOL! Went to check out the club before going home.

Had recital performance the next day where we need to reach RP by 9am! SO TIRING! Had our last moment together before we took over the stage and blow the audience off. Four months ago, we were stranger whom barely knew each other’s existence. Now, because of recital, we knew each other and the bond was stronger each time we dance together. Love our item and thought we have done Anan proud! Didn’t asked anyone to watch even though I hope someone will come. All in all, the performance was worth the money!

Birthday Party in Sentosa Cover, Vetting, Dance Training for staff party, Prawning, Swimming,

Had a great night last Saturday, It’s one of our project’s mate’s birthday party! It was held at a house party in Sentosa Cove! My first time at such place! I must say it was pretty cool but it was limited to 30 person only! Not to mention that she had spent freaking $1.6k on it including alcoholic drink, which is like…. Whoa! They turned the place into a clubbing look alike area and played loud and nice music by the deejay. The large amount of alcohol and the moving boat were really a bad combination. Some of them were drunk and as for me, I have self-discipline man! Know where is the limit. Any o how, I enjoyed myself a lot that night! Thanks for the invite!

Had to wake up early the next day for lunch with Baby. Had a simple lunch at Tampiness 1 and FROLICK before heading to RP for the Oschool recital vetting.

The vetting went well and I have started to love the people in my item more. Some of my friends said that my groove improved! Wee! Achieved one of the objectives for recital! Happy to hear that but there are definitely more rooms for improvement! Hope we can really put up a good show next Sunday.

Went for another dance training on Tuesday, which is for the CX staff party held on 15 December. This left us less than 2 weeks to practice, especially when all of us have got to prepare the recital. We have chosen the songs and finished the choreography for one song with formation. Well done! Wee. Hope everything will go just as smoothly as that day.

Went my first prawning session with my project mates from semester 2.2. It was a great outing with Liling, Jerry, Jeremiah and Ivan. Waiting for the prawning to hook seems forever. While waiting, we did a video for Sabrina (Another project mates who is currently having her SIP in Maldives). It was her birthday last Sunday! We caught quite a few prawns and the uncle took pity on us and gave us more prawns! Wee! Ordered beer, chicken wings and satay to go along with it! Yummy! I will go prawn more frequent! It was fun!

Went swimming the next day after a long, tiring and early dance training at TCC. Swam for less than half an hour before it started raining. What a day! Dinner at Chomp Chomp before the famous beancurd dessert! Tiring and happy day!

Watched ‘Couple retreat’ at Tampiness Mall before going for vetting in Oschool! Liked the movie and yes! Hope we can proceed to our oversea plan real soon! Wee!
Lastly, I would say that I love my internship! Free foods are never ending! Last week was my boss birthday, he treated all of us coffee bean! Wee!

First time in my life: Frying EGGS!

I had lunch with Kwang Sheng at Manhattan in Iluma. It was his 20th birthday! Congratulation! You are one more step closer to your coffin now! I mean your adulthood. Bought him a cake and celebrated in an absurd place you can ever thought of. Short and wonderful day!

Went clubbing with Andee on last Friday, which was quite interesting and fun! Met some of my not-so-close friends there. It was definitely a positive and negative experience and it truly broaden my horizon and expanded my life experience.

Love the TPDE singing session, together with our beloved advisor, Fayanne Tan! It was not bad! Sang quite a few songs, even though I had not been listening to Chinese song ever since I have started to dance. But we have sung many English songs too, because of our one and only lovely Badd! Irritating! The excitement kicked in at the last hour whereby songs played were totally our kind and we got HIGH! Wee. Went home early that night. Loved the homely feeling that I thought was gone.

Recital vetting and training was tiring on Sunday (11am-8pm). I can totally picture how our item would be and I’m quite positive about it, I guess. How I wish every one of us can play our part well and RESPECT Anan when she is teaching. Talking when she was trying to teach, ringing of phone in the middle of the lesson, ‘forgetting’ formations after constant reminders. ALL these are not acceptable! With the exception of all those rubbish, I’m starting to love it.

Had our self-dance training on Monday after work. Studio was not able to use, thus used TCC, which was horrendous. What comforted me was the ‘MTV shooting’ with our renowned director, KW Zheng! It was fun! But the video would be for private pleasure and not shared to public.

Tuesday was marvelous, with all the mouth-watery food that I had consumed. Had my FREE lunch at Melt -The World Café located in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which was well known for their food. The service was incredibly excellent. The service was prompt and the service providers were friendly. The food was without a doubt, GOOD! We were served with special drinks of the day too. Started with our appetiser, which was Japanese cuisine. The varieties were limited yet tasted well, with sushi, sashimi and even soba! There was this Thai mango salad too, with wide range of ingredients for us to choose from. As for the Chinese cuisine, there were laksa, braised duck, delicious prawns and more! The Indian cuisine was desirable too, with five kinds of curry and three types of nan to try out. The others include wide varieties of bread, soup and western food.

For dessert, it looked promising that I indulged in it! The waffle was crispy on the outside but soft inside with ice cream as the topping. Not forgetting the wide varieties of cakes, fruits, peranakan snacks and the eye catching chocolate fondue. Wee! Great deal at work!

Had craving for Chinese cuisine in the evening, hence dine at Ding Tai Feng and ordered quite a number of nice dishes.

Went for a movie marathon after dinner. Watched The Informant and Saw VI. I practically was sleeping through for during the screening of The Informant. My friend, the one next to my friend and the one next to me also slept! It was a terrible show! I would give it 4.5 out of 10. The Saw VI was a disappointment too but by a small margin as it was not as gruesome as the previous Saws’. But I’m glad that I had passed the R-21 restriction! Wee!

Had dance on the typical Wednesday. Getting to really enjoy Anan’s dance and finally, the item was done! Wee!

Another fantastic day spent on Thursday. My boss treated me and Steffi to Sushi Teh located in East Coast. He was generous when it comes to ordering and we felt embarrassed about it. I had a hard time today at work. We were told to be in the airport, to face the angry passengers who got bumped off as the flights were overbooked. It was really challenging but a great experience.

Dine at Mezza9 which is located in Grand Hayatt Hotel. The service was prompt and good except for two points. Point 1: Told them that I’m rushing for time and wished that the dessert could be served faster, but it took them approximately 15 minutes to prepare.Point 2: Called for the bill for 4 times before it arrived!
The atmosphere was atas and relaxing, except for the noise created by the chefs in the open-concept kitchen.
Love the food though. Had assorted sushi, condiments for appetiser. Ingredients were fresh just that the rice was too ‘glued’ together. My main course was ‘Charcoal grilled tenderloin, potato gnocchi, grilled asparagus, bearnaise sauce’. The tenderloin was great, the seasoning was just nice! The BEST Steak I ever tasted! My friend even commented that it was better than Morton steak which is one of the best in Singapore. The potato gnocchi was delicious too, could not taste any potato and the feeling is like eating ‘muah chee’ LOL. Had ‘Texture of grand cru chocolate’ for dessert and is like OH MY GOD! It was totally organismic! The different combination of chocolate was good!

Watched ‘Case 39’ for movie and it was actually better The Informant and Saw VI. It was about this demon was acted so innocent and irritating! It left a good impression on me! Wee! After movie, slack-ed a bit before heading to Kai Wen’s birthday surprise party! When I reached, the party was done! Guess I’m too late LOL! But I did had lots of fun bowling with them at E-hub, when there were lots of interesting scenes to laugh at.

Friday was a simple day! Had my simple lunch at Han’s with some of the TPDE peeps, which I thought that about 20 dancers would be coming. Went shopping after that! Bought lots of stuffs such as jeans from Levis, Shirts from some promotion sales, 2 shoes from New Looks and 2 ties! Redeemed free note book from Suntec because exceed their minimum spending for the gifts! Saw Elmer there! Good to see you. It’s been a really long time since we really catch up with each other. Happy that I got myself lots of new stuff recently, such as new shirts, berms and jacket! It’s time that my wardrobe to be REVAMP!

Went SDZ concert last Friday,
Love the show as well as the concept.
It got me entertained.
Without a doubt.
Love the locking item because of the concept
&
Love the HOUSE item cause it's the item with good technique as well as one of my favourite genre
Slack-ed with Foong, Jean, Mei Qi & Tim till 2 plus am before i headed back home

Had SIP sharing session the next morning which is SO Boring!
Paid for my Graduation Party which is held in Marriott Hotel
Have to worry what to wear now!
ARGH~

Went to the west side after that
Explored around the 6th avenue area.
Had lunch and dessert there
It was really different!
I am SO SO SO inspired to live around there one day!

Went IMM after that,
Shopped and bought some shirts and daily necessities.
Went home quite early that day!
Woots!

Had recital vetting the next day!
The other items was good
Whacking has even finished the whole item!
Unlike our item -.-
But I believe we can do a good job too!!! Wee!!
Had Long and Tiring practise after that vetting.

Chatted with A after the vetting.
It affected me a lot! (Even now...)
But guess everything will be fine. (I Hope...)

Took MC on monday as it really affected me a lot
The feeling is terrible.
The MC took me 2 hours
I wanted to go out badly hence i started to ask people out!
Finally, me and Foong went K Box! WOOHOOO!!!!!
like... FINALLY!!!!

We sang for 6 hours and it was really shiok!

Went HMK hub on Tuesday which is real BORING!
It LOOK vibrant only.

Bought 3 shirt which is on sales! Wee!!

Met Andee on Thursday at CP for dinner and chat

It was an combined arts group concert for Charity

That day was CCN day too.

Went for dinner after that before meeting LL to borrow stuff

SATURDAY was a GREAT day!!!
Woke up early in the morning to collect polariod cam from ZH
WT came to my house after that to help me with the sushi I've made
We had lots of fun doing it LOL!!
The result was surprisely good!!!

Went to meet L nearby and went to buy the tickets for 2012 first.
We got premium seats!!! Wee!!!!

Proceeded with nearby park with the roses, sushi, etc I've prepared.
It was wonderful!!!

Went to Orchard after that to walk, chill, slacked, shopped.
Had Watami for dinner which is one of my favourite eating place.
Hope you like it.

Took a lot of pictures in Orchard with the Christmas lighting
It was nice and heart warming!

Went to Singapore River
but it was too crowded that we went Marina Bay
That night was romantic and quiet.
And i guess it was an 'ideal' place for the celebration LOL!!!

Proceeded to E-hub for our 2012 Movie!!
Weee..
It was a nice show and worth the watch!!

Lastly, internship is real FUN

With lots of interesting stuff happening in Raffle Place everyday!!

Surprised Pris on her birthday. (get-to-know-more-friends day!)
We dined at Chalk restaurant (Near The Cathay)
BUT it was damn tiring due to the 136 stairs we have to climb!
The table was full of people I don’t know
They are her friends from everywhere in Singapore
Me, Val & KX just entertain ourselves though.

When she arrived,
She was so surprised to see us there
Anyway, talking about the food,
It was normal.
Everything was normal too!
Placed my expectation too high on it.

Saturday was another get-to-know-more-friends night!
Rested in the noon
Thinking about life and *you.
Went clubbing (Rebel) in the night after re-charging earlier in the day!
Saw some dancers there.
It was truly fun to club and I think…
IM ADDICTED TO IT!
Don’t really like the music though.

Sunday was another birthday celebration for Pris
The people were different hence, twice the celebration.
This time was with my project teammates excluding Shi Rui!
Had Waraku (Pasta),which I thought was average.
After that, we walk all the way from Marina to Clarke Quay before going home and getting ready to work the next day!

Tuesday was as usual,
Having fun with my interns friends!
We had Hanabi, which is a Japanese restaurant.
We had talk about this day for a moment already
And FINALLY we are here!
The food was quite nice.
But the service was definitely VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!
Hence, didn’t really enjoyed it. L
But the company and cam whoring session were definitely good!

Wednesday was GREAT too!!

Before the show, there’s reception
Food was average.
Saw quite a number of celebrities there.

Like once in a lifetime I get to attend Gala preview for movie though LOL!

These 1.5 weeks were as usual,
TIRING!

As usual
Having Gin’s lesson which I’m looking forward,
Due to the freestyle sessions we had
And we even proceeded to ‘battle’ session LOL!
Quite Fun though and I’m loving it!

Had Ryan’s modern dance
Last week was quite special and fun because Jessica was here!
COOL!
The choreography was wonderful too!
Feels so great each time I get to dance his choreography
This week was 6-8
Hence, interns like me would have to rush like mad
When I reached
The atmosphere was tense
And I found out later that Ryan was angry!
Anyway, there will be an assessment next week
Still unsure was it a 2 minute choreography
or just doing out this week choreo which is so difficult
Hope I can breeze through it! *Cross finger*

Anan’s lesson was DOPE too
even though I felt that I’m like doing LA hip hop this week
Being in her item definitely helps in my groove!
WEE!

Catch up with my secondary school best friends last Tuesday at Kovan
We talked about stuff as well as our relationship
They came to my house after dinner for discussion
We had plan such as picnic, shopping and Christmas outing!

Went shopping with them again and L on Friday
Had Yami Yogurt for the first time though
But I thought it was normal
Saw many people I know that day but didn’t bother say hi

TPDE Amazing Race on Saturday was REAL FUN!!!
If you miss it, You will regret it!

The first station was at the Scape Park
which was also our meeting point
Then off to Ion, which we eventually become the last time because, we could not find Ah Foong!
Third station was outside Ion whereby we have to freestyle in the public (So Embarrassing!)
Fourth station was the furthest from point of origin to destination, which is at The Cathay!
What worst was that we couldn’t take any public transportation except for the last station!
At that point, we are still the last team!
The fifth station is at Illuma, It was Mei Qi (Game Master)
Our task was easy,
Which is to buy her the food she demanded
That eventually became our lunch, which is hell lot of food!
and every team is gorging in front one another LOL!

After a heavy lunch,
We proceeded to Oschool, which is at Lavender
The task was to learn the choreography and do our own formation
It was fun!
but not too good with heavy lunch L
even though I love my team’s formation!! LOL!
At that point of time we are the second, counting from the back!
Had cramp on both calf when rushing for the train
SIAN!

We have reached to the last stage already
which is east coast park!
Saw many teams at the pit stop
which is the bubble tea shop!

The last round was the most tiring round
We had to find the paper with correct symbol under the sand at a specific area
We had to bury the body of the tallest person in our team and do out a mermaid shape
We had to collect water from the sea to fill up the pill
We had to fill up the plastic bag with the water collected
We had to transfer the water bomb to another place using strategy
We had to decorate two people in our team with the waste from all the game
And Finally, GAME OVER!
YEY!
Group 5 emerged SECOND PLACE!
Not bad not bad
Considering we are one of the weaker team LOL!

Slacked at ECP with TPDE after that
Chatted with people whom I have not seen for ages

After that we went to PY house to watch dance video!
Watch videos like our batch’s com-based dance, WCO, etc
It was a tiring Saturday!

Anyway good job to the committee for this day
I did had fun and bonded with the juniors!!!

Had picnic on Sunday too!
FUN FUN FUN day!
Met L at her house
Went ‘grocery’ shopping which is so fun!
Had breakfast, which is a table of food!
And went down to meet the rest which apparently, all LATE!

The day was so right for the 4 couples for picnic!

This time we learnt house and street jazz!!
House is still my favorite genre even though I didn’t really practice
It was real fun!!!!

Ryan’s Training on Wednesday was as usual DOPE
BUT people having internship like me have to rush!!!!
Because the lesson starts from 6-9 and my work ends as 6 at Raffle Place!!!
It was a combined training with the juniors and some of them are really good!!!!

Last Sunday was a great day!!!!

Compete at the Fountain of Wealth with many good competitors such as 'Dramas', 'If you're happy and you know it clap your hand' and more.

Know that our chances are slim, we still continue to work hard for it, and no doubt the day before the competition which is the stage marking was a depressing one, to see that they are so strong. But we have done our best and already show them what TPDE is made up and we are proud of ourself too.

I enjoyed a lot on stage, especially with YOU as my audience as well as TPDE!!!!!!

2 Week of Internship

This week is a busy week that I hardly online, 5 days not online to be exact.

My life is the same for this whole week....
Woke up at 6.45..
Reach Raffles at 8.20
Buy my breakfast...
Read newspaper, eat breakfast and my coffee...
Find things to do in the office...
After work would be dance....
Then reach home and sleep at about 1.30-2 everyday...
and this cycle just continues...

Some shits i recieved in office would be the colleague i face!!! ARGH!!!

This is one of the reason i got so irritated easily (Lack of sleep)...
Others include I really can't stand the public recently....
They stare dancers as if we are whatsoever!!!
It's really whereever we go...
I got so irritated i 'shouted' in public...
Most of us shouted already LOL!!!
and we stare together at those who stare at us... LOL

Recently received lots of shits too!!!!
Stage marking was bad too!!
All the other teams are very strong...
and we don't want our effort to go down the drain...
The feeling is bad especially our team is so tired!!!

Hope to put up a good show later at fountain of wealth....

Had a combined class with the senior just now..
They have improved I feels especially in term of their freestyle!!
BUT yey!!! my freestyle improved too!!!

It’s really been a while since I blogged about stuff due to the hectic schedule I had for my internship at Raffles Place

Talk about Suntec Dance Semi Final first,
Initially, I was scare as we used 4 days to change everything and really had a hard time trying to execute the steps well.
But then, guess what?
THE MUSIC STOPS HALFWAY WHILE WE WERE DANCING DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM!!!!
But we continued to dance and lots of them thought that it was pre-planned as I heard it was still syncro even thought I didn’t really see the video. And we were asked to stop only to the end to the music! LOL!!!

Guess it might be a blessing in disguise, we were well received by the public and was given the second chance to perform again and YES!!!!!!
WE ARE GOING TO THE FINALS!!!!!
PERFORMING AT FOUNTAIN OF WEALTH AND GOT FREEBIES!!!!(CHEAPO CHEAPO)
Please come if you are free LOL because I think this time, the competition is really strong with the addition of reowned club, NRA, and im really happy to manage into the finals already. No regrets!!!!
It will be on the 20th September 2009 5.30pm!!!!
Felt that some group should get in instead of the others but is alright, the results is always so unpredictable!!!!!

It was actually an alright day. Went Henderson Waves which we wanted to go LONG LONG LONG time ago and we managed to explore a lot more places that we imagine and it was really nice!!!!!!!
Had our supper at Vivo before heading back home!~ WEE!~~~

The very next day was my INTERNSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was very very very good exposure!!!!
Learn lots of news stuff but really getting bored of all the trainings im receiving!!
The people in Cathay Pacific are really good and friendly!!! Gets a lot of free gifts too like thumbdrive, own cup in pantry, coolest highlighter I ever seen, note book, pen and more!!!! (Cheapo Cheapo!!)
I was listening to MP3 the first day, Overslept for second day, got caught for sleeping the third day and safe on fourth day!!! Suay siol to get caught sleeping!!!
I had a shock when I see like SO many people in raffles place and it is so difficult when reporting and leaving work as well as going for lunch. It is very funny to see how people book table using tissue also!!!! SHOCK SHOCK SHOCK TO THE MAX!!!!
I really get to experience TGIF I learnt a new one which is called OSIM(Oh Shit Is Monday!)!!!!!!!

It was really tiring man especially when I have to dance everyday after internship till late at night!! But Tueday night was good!!!! Went steamboat with Jean, Foong, Roy, Ah Lee, and FAYANNE!!!! Catch up with one another and went arcade too!!! LOL!!!!Had Fun that day!!!

Anyway Result are finally out!!!
Quite good but disappointed as my target is not met but still not bad!!

Went shopping on money before dancing...

Bought 4 shirt, 1 tie, and 2 berms...

Majority of it is for my internship which is next week!!! LOL!!

Dance on monday was ok only

Gin came down to SMU and listen to those song we are dancing for this round

And we did stunt here and there which causes injury to all of us!! LOL!!

Tueday was VERY VERY VERY VERY TIRING!!!

We chiong one full song and dance till about 2am before we cab home to eat and sleep!!

Went shopping today again...

Bought one black jeans for suntec...

Today's training was ok..

Train till 12am and as usual have to cab home.. boooohoo LOL!!

Anyway, EXAM ARE OVER!!!!!!!
Wee...!!! Damn Damn Damn HAPPY!!
Left with internship which is 1 week after exam
and one more subject before I get to graduate

Briefly go through each paper
Food and Beverage Management: The paper is just memorize and vomit!!! and everyone left half an hour earlier and thats the only paper I ever left earlier in my entire poly life
Destination planning Management: The paper is manageble with only a bit of applications in it and I had sufficient to re-read many times.
Lodging is the worst paper ever in my whole three life. The funniest part is that once u go home. Everyone is cursing the lecturer directly or indirectly in facebook!! LOL!!! Ever if u memorize your whole lecture, it's useless. Only 20-30% is found in lecture notes. Whats worst is that the question is so vague that you don't know what they want. Best is they ask question like Ritz Calton's Gold standard which is 12 marks!!! KNS!! who will know unless you internship is there!! LOL!!
Calculas is another ok paper even though i still aiming for 95 marks LOL!!!
Last paper is the best, didn't sleep cox calculas ended at 4.30pm and the last paper, MICE, Starts at 9.30. The paper was ok too. First half is vomitting too LOL!!!

After exam, Went town with friend before going home and sleep!!!!!

Saturday, Went early to suntec to support APPENDIX D!!!!!! Wee.. dropped out this round because of exams but joining them back REAL SOON!!! like NOW!! LOL! This year competition is very intense. All the competitiors are really strong and my favourite team is still the same, Seven!!!!!! We were quite scare actually that we could not managed through the next round but we make it!!!! Top 20 now LOL!!! Even more stress...one week to learn everything cox we changing a lot plus i never learn the choreo for this round one. Plus gin's high expectation and the only hope for TPDE as we are the only team that got through for tpde(Though i feel that got mode tpde group should get in!!!) We will compete with their spirt too!!!

After this, went to Ah Lee Birthday chatlet.. Had a lot of nice food especially the cake from bakerzin!!!! WOOTS!!!!! The first part was average only as there are only a few of us and we are actually watching MJ show LOL!!! In the night.. is better cause we started playing a lot of stupid games like murderer, depressing game, pepsi cola 123(Classic), Charad, the game of deng deng deng(LOL Difficult to describe), and ghost telling story.

After 3 hours of sleep. Watched Final Destination 4 in TM and had my lunch in Tamp 1 at 3 plus!! Simple yet wonderful day spent with the right companion!!!

WEE!!! Our day is coming!!!! LOL!!

Monday is a public holiday!!!!!

I was very sick
I could not full out but im glad Im there
Because everyday is important to us now
as we've got not much time left

Overslept the next day for my MICE revision lecture
as Im still very sick
But I went to school at 11
Upon arriving
My friends told me that
there is no tutorial for Destination Planning from 11-1
Quite Sian but it's still ok
Went the top table for lunch with Mr Zainal
He wanted to treat us because we've got the best FnB project in the cohurt
But instead we paid in advance on his behalf
So he is treating us again next week at a hotel!!!

After training
We still have to rush to ZH house to surprise her for her birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LEONG LI LING ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!
Celebrated with her on friday which made me skip dance for 1 day!!! LOL!!!
Met Zhi Hui at about 3 to look out for potential birthday gift for her...
In the end, bought her a wallet from 'Guess'
We had so much time left that we slack around like some 'cafe' and look out for another couple gifts for my baby!!! LOL!!!
Went to look out for many restaurants in town but all are filled with queues!!!!
Had 'Waraku' at heeren in the end and I love their service!!!!
Talk about lots of stuffs which really sets me thinking till today...
Gen left for her boyfriend while we walk around and decided to have our dessert at the 'coffe club' which we thought is TCC initially LOL!!!

Saturday is average day or rather quite whatever day for me... LOL
Had dance at 12.30 in the studio till 5 and YES!!!
Finally we cleaned up here and there...
Left with lots of holes to fill as well as formation and mroe CLEAN UP!!!!
And the competition in this coming sat!!!!

But went out in the night to Bukit Timah and Selegie for supper!! LOL!!!!
Bukit Timah really didnt change much ever since i moved from there. and YES the place there is very vibrant!!!
Anyway... HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!!!!!! 44TH ALREADY!!!! SO PROUD TO BE A SINGAPOREAN!!!!

I Think about my what if i did move house and get to know another batch of friend, in a new environment and a whole different skills
I Think about my my intelligence level
I Think about if i will regret any of my choice
I Think about my ALL my friends around me (Have i treated them right)

Monday is a good day!!! Went to school early for my calculas revision lecture which mean IT IS THE LAST LECTURE!!!! LOL!!!
Went to the Toptable with the class for class bonding too!!! The food is as usual good and it feels good to have your juniors serving you and find out all the mistakes that they have made LOL!!! The lunch takes place for 2.5 hours because of all the waiting!!!!!!!!!
Left early to meet someone special LOL!!! bleah!!! and yes!! i miss the class photo for the second time!!!
Had the last calculas tutorial too in which we got back our course work grade!!! i got a B!!! which is quite alright for me already!!!
Had our Hip Hop test too at about 8pm!!! It was really interesting and 'interesting' to see everyone's item and yes!!! I got an average score which im am HAPPY!!!!! Love my choreo and song too!!! LOL!!!! Gin talk to us about stuff and I really gets enlightened!!! Thanks LOL!!!!

Tuesday was quite a boring day for me due to the MICE lecture, Desti Tutorial, 4 hours of presentation preparation, and eating ALONE which is a breakthrough for me!!!! Prepare for our Suntec too which im so so so excited!!!!

Wednesday is also a excited day!!! thanks pris for the cab to school even though we are still late for MICE tutorial!!! LOL!!!! Had my very last presentation in my whole entire 3 years in poly!!! LOL!! which is lodging and I thought that I have done well!!! LOL!!!
Had 7 hours of breaks before modern and I have made use of it by doing Math questions for my Calculas!! LOL!
Modern Test is quite ok only BUT the choreo is damn damn damn fun!! almost cried though lol!!!

Had a simple yet wonderful day with Chick and LL on Thursday
Went Ion to search for ZH and LL birthday gifts.
Search in vain, hence FOOD FIRST!!!!!
but everywhere is filled with queue
Eventually, went to HK Cafe for our dinner
After walking around and around and around
We bought ZH Gift and now we are still left with LL gift!!!

Friday is a NO school day for me!!!
From 2-5 plus pm, I practically just sit in the audi to listen to all the local Uni Talk
Some are interesting, some are such a bore
and YES I have made my choice already!!!
Hopefully I can get in!!!

Went PS after that

Went SMU to study while the rest were practising for their Hip Hop Test on Monday

Saturday, spend the whole afternoon for our competition

Updating about my life now LOL

On Monday, I went for MICE Lecture after my Calculas Lecture!!!! Let me guess.. Third time in the lecture out of 12 so far LOL!!!!

Got back our Calculas Test Result too, and NOT BAD!!! I attained 17.5/20 :) Finally some decent result for this semester LOL!!!

Went for dance as usual on monday. Had Xiao Hei's last dance lesson before Gin took back. She taught us new technique and rountine. As usual, all of us felt like idiot as her style is so different from our style yet we actually learnt a lot from her!!! Talking about this. Next week is Hip Hop and Modern Test!!!! Didn't even choose the song for the hip hop choreo yet!!! LOL! Might be using Werke Werke Remix. Must apply what Hei taught us!!!!

Tueday, there's no school!!! Weee... Went back to school to practise my Opera test which is like on wednesday!!! and Im damn bad at opera. FYI, Opera is a computerised system for intergrating elements of hospitality information and management and it widely used in almost all hotels locally and globally!!! LOL!!! Suppose to go back home after that which is about 4!!! Yet meeting Jean Joey and Sam for dance, and i was wearing slippers for god sake!!! LOL!!! Went to listen to the talk for our junior. Had some point of view about it but choose to keep quiet here LOL!!! In the End!! i got back at 12 plus.... -.-

Wednesday is also a good day!!! Went to school one hours earlier to prepare for the Opera Test. YES!!! Very Kiasu!! LOL. The test was a breeze though LOL!! Hopefully, an A result LOL!! Had 4 hours of break hence decided to go to Tampiness for Macdonald's LOL!! MICE tutorial is amazingly fun today!!! Quite enthu in class and even cam whore LOL!!! Modern is as usual!! LOL Practising for the modern test next week....

Woots... As Usual, Friday is my ponning day!!!
There's only one 1 hour lecture on lodging and it sounds so boring LOL!!!
Went Suntec Convention Hall to look at the food fair, IT Show, as well as something random which is travel agency and it was really a boring one but i saw YO! LOL!!! thats his name though....
Went Ion after that which is SO SO SO Big!! From level 1 onwards, it seems so classy that doesn't suits Singaporean LOL!!.. I only deserved to be in the basement 1-3 which is a typical shopping mall but the design is quite awesome. The place was quite eye-opening for me though...
Had my dinner in cine and dessert in PS before i go home and sleep and get up for supper at Jalan Kayu for Tau Huay!! LOL!
The Next day which is today is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME X 1000
Joined HaTaMa which is an event by the Htm-IG. It was a course thing and we could play either Captain Ball or Soccer.
People are surprised by my pressence because Im someone who don't sport as well as Im someone who won't be so enthu to join HTM event LOL!!!
Before the game, we are so confident to get into the final LOL and we expected our competitor to be the other year 3 team.
Our team consists of ME, PRIS, ALVIN, DON, MEI BIN, VERA, WAN XIN!!!!
Val is the best.. she overslept to the max that she didn't joined us...
Every game was totally awesome as we trashed all team to the max LOL!!! So exciting!!!
Some game was really interesting and some game was really rough but we managed to pull it off LOL!!! Admire a group of girls who already lost but still continued the game with us and they really are doing their best and having fun.
We thought that the event would end at 12 plus but in the end, there is a lunch break till 2 and the majority members in another year 3 team had to elave. In the end, They left.. BUT they didn't back out! LOL! We played for their place so it was something like we are playing two team!!! It was really tiring for some of the members but we had more reserve player who are Reuben, Winnie, Ivan and Kher Ming!
It really very tiring YET We had a lot of fun!!!!! LOL!!! Last year already!!! Just Have Fun!!!!
In the end we won!!!!! and the other team also won!! which means second and first place is us!!!!! LOL!!! And hence there is not final as we cant be competing with ourseleves LOL!!!!
